Maria's Comments;
"Sometimes people come into your life for a specific reason, time or purpose. When you meet certain people, you sometimes feel an instant connection and chemistry. That's the way I felt when I first met my two co hosts, Joe Lawson and Matt Vaughn while working on Detroit's WYCD 99.5FM. And I think that chemistry between us makes the Maria Shaw Show on Psychic Radio so magical and helps us stand out from other radio shows. Listeners can tell we genuinely care about one another. They can tell we have fun together. I don't know if I could do my show with anyone else but these two guys. Well, I guess I could do it, but not nearly as well.

"I truly love working with Joe. He makes me laugh. He touches my heart. I'm lucky to have him as my producer and friend. He can be very strong and tough and yet also very kind and sensitive. What better job can a girl have....than to sit across from those beautiful brown eyes every morning??? I know there are a lot of envious women out there but lucky me! Matt is the cutest and coolest guy in radio. He is so soft hearted and so kind. I cannot say enough about his generous heart and spirit. He is very psychic (although I don't think he knows it yet). I love watching him expand his talents and grow with the show. Sometimes I think he can read my mind. We are so in sync in the studio, that the show rolls along just effortless.

SEXY JOE

My Maria, Well what can I say about Maria Shaw other than the fact that not only is she the Psychic and Astrologer to the Stars, she is also my Radio soul mate and I love her to death. Maria has been put on this earth for a very specific reason and that is to help people find hope when they have lost it and I have seen her change lives in a split second by giving people that hope. She is the most wonderful person to work with and I am honored to sit next to her everyday and watch her work. Love you Maria, Sexy Joe-

Whiney Pisces Matt Vaughn, Well as much as we razz him on the whiney part I have to say sitting next to everyday he really doesn't whine that much and he is "Usually" in bright spirits. I have been honored to get to know him and he has been there for me when I needed somebody to help me understand that you don't always have to be perfect just be yourself. Sexy Joe Lawson, what can I say about him oh wait that's me. I come from a heavy acting background in Los Angles as well as Michigan with theater, TV and movie credits. Representing all those conflicted Pisces out there, Matt Vaughn comes to the Maria Shaw Show with close to a decade in Detroit radio with stops at WDRQ and WYCD in the Motor City and WIOG in Saginaw, MI!
 
The 'Whiny Pisces', as Maria has infamously named me, I am new to the Psychic World, but learning everyday. It's like Maria is the teacher, Joe is ahead in Jr. High and I'm here, pretty much starting out in 'Metaphysical Pre-School'! Each day has taught me something incredibly interesting and given me a new insight into this world and beyond. Sometimes it freaks me out because it's so new, but ALWAYS fun and compelling! I consider myself lucky to be a part of such a great station and to be teamed with two incredibly talented people like Maria and Joe. It's amazing how Maria is so 'spot-on' with all of her readings and thoughts with people.

On Maria: What can I say about Maria!?!? She really is the BEST of the BEST! Not only at what she does, but also as a person. You'll be challenged to find a more sweeter, caring person out there.
It's an honor and a blast working with Maria and watching her help and amaze people like she does. Coming into this, I considered myself an 'open-minded skeptic'. But now, I am simply open-minded and you can literally see me in the studio with my jaw dropped down to the floor, listening in amazement!

On Joe: Ahhhh, The 'Sexy Sagittarius'! (Joe, you owe me money for actually referring to a guy as a 'Sexy Sagittarius', LOL!!!) Joe Lawson is one of the nicest and most loyal people you'll ever meet...and it doesn't hurt that the ladies LOVE this guy!!! He is a tireless worker, but always finds the time to laugh and have fun in and out of the studio. He's a great co-worker...and will even buy you lunch every now and then...on radio pay!!!!! Best of all, I am proud to call this guy my friend (Alright, enough mushy stuff)!
